Anita MacLeod

Anita started with LEVY 12 years ago and has held positions within the company such as; Exhibitor Services Representative, Custom Booth & Display Sales and is currently a Senior Account Manager. Her background includes merchandising and sales with Nike Canada as well as Warnaco Canada. Anita strives to take the best care of her clients and the following is one of her favourite quotes, “Your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, how you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark” (Jay Danzie) Anita has worked hard at building excellent customer relationships. She also loves to read and spend time with her teenage daughter, family and loved ones.

Betty Luong

As a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), in Marketing Management-Communications, Betty has a background in Event Management including work in non-profit events. As Account Manager with LEVY for nearly 6 years she has also worked in our rentals department and reception. She strives to become well versed in the event and trade show industry, including international events. Betty believes in going the extra mile for excellent customer service with particular attention to small details. Her hobbies include cooking and travel.

Chuck Premone

Chuck is the President of LEVY Exposition Services and has been for 16 years. Chuck believes after 36 years in the trade show industry that you never, let dollars and cents get in the way of a client’s needs. The success of our company starts with the overall level of satisfaction of our clients. He is a member of PCMA, IAEE and ESCA. Chuck would like to continue providing first class customer service and products to our clients and exhibiting firms. During his down time Chuck likes to go fishing and weight training.

Cullen Crawford

Cullen is currently our Freight and Material Handling Manager and started with LEVY as a Floor Supervisor. After 11 years in the industry Cullen believes that the success of any show depends on good customer service. His hobbies include hiking, fishing and camping.

Daisy Aldaba

Daisy has been with LEVY for 19 years. She has grown with the company starting off as Receptionist, managing the rentals department, Account Manager, Vice President of Operations and now our Managing Director. She loves this industry and working alongside what she calls “the amazing/family team” As a member of Tourism Vancouver and the International Association of Exhibits & Events, Daisy is established many strong relationships in the industry.

David Hay

Over the last 21 years David has had many roles with LEVY. Always in Sales David has covered rentals, exhibits, special events and is currently our Canadian Sales Manager. He enjoys his current role in Sales and is a member of the Canadian Association of Exposition Management. David’s philosophy is “client satisfaction is the goal; nothing short of that!” When David is not wearing his business hat he enjoys outdoor life, especially fishing.

Diane Waite

As Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President, Diane has been with LEVY for the last 20 years and previously worked in the electrical and food industries. Diane’s ability to multi-task is vital in her role; she gets the job done with efficiency and professionalism. With her education in Business Management from Kwantlen University, Diane looks after office systems, human resources and numerous other vital aspects of the day to day operations of the company. In her down time Diane enjoys time with family, travel, power walking and golf.

Dustin Moody

Dustin has been the Director of National Sales for LEVY Exposition Service for the last 3 years. This will be his 11th year in the exhibit and trade show industry. He is a member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and is based out of Phoenix, Arizona. Dustin loves working with clients in the US as well as introducing them to the Canadian LEVY team. He hopes to help LEVY business grow on both sides of the border. Dustin achieved a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Arizona State. He believes that customers may forget what you said but they’ll never forget how you made them feel. Dustin enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters as well as travel and his kid’s activities.

Elvi Keough

The travel industry is where Elvi started as a travel agent, then later on as the Operations Manager for Addison Travel Marketing. With 22 years in the trade show industry the last 15 have been with LEVY. Starting out as an Administrative Assistant she is currently the Manager-Labour Relations/Exhibitor Services. Elvi strives to balance the challenges of her job along with trying to be a valuable member of the LEVY team. Experience with attention to detail has aided her in the managing of labour scheduling. She enjoys quality time with family, reading and walking the family dog.

Jason Robertson

Jason Robertson is LEVY’s Technical Design Department Manager and has been for 20 years. His education at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) prepped him for this role. Jason a hockey fan enjoys hiking, biking, yoga, wood working and building in his spare time.

Jenna Levy

Jenna has been working with LEVY for over 12 years. Her attention to detail and positive personality has brought her from Reception, to onsite CSR and is now currently holding the position as the Operations Manager. Being the direct contact for exhibitors from all over the globe, she values her working relationship with all customers – big or small. Jenna’s years of Customer Service experience provides exhibitors a sense of ease, knowing that their trade show needs will be handled with care and diligence. When she is not working, she can be found on the mountain, skiing, hiking, and snowshoeing, and spending time with family and friends.

Joe Wan

Originating from Singapore Joe brings to LEVY a strong marketing background. Joe has been in the trade show industry for the last 18 years working at exhibitions in Asia, Germany and Japan. As Marketing Manager with LEVY since 2006 he strives to help LEVY continue to be a major industry leader in Canada and the U.S. Joe works with the philosophy that exceeding the expectations of customers will bring a positive result and he is dedicated to that on a daily basis. Joe looks forward to traveling to new destinations whenever he gets the chance.

Kent Hector

Kent began working for LEVY 6 years ago, initially as a Customer Services Representative, transitioning into an Onsite Supervisor and is now the Logistics Sales Manager in our Levy Logistics. Prior to Kent’s employment with LEVY, he worked in sales for Mercedes Benz Canada and also golfed professionally for a brief period of time. Kent has obtained a degree in Business Management from Camosun College in Victoria. Kent has a profound understanding of the day to day operations of LEVY. He has acquired these skills from his education, work in sales and the demands of working on the Trade Show floor. Kent prides himself on efficient problem solving and above all ensuring his customers needs are always met. When Kent is not working he enjoys staying active, playing sports, spending time with family and friends as well travelling.

Kerry Kilbey

Kerry has worked with LEVY over 11 years in a variety of capacities and has recently been appointed Vice President of Operations. Kerry has been a part of the event industry in the Vancouver market for over 26 years and has been on all sides of the planning and execution of trade shows, conventions, conferences and major events. Kerry has also played significant project management roles in local, national and international events all over the world. He believes in the constant goal of meeting and exceeding all of our client’s expectations. Communication has always been Kerry’s strength and his years of varied experience is something he is looking forward to sharing to make LEVY a continued success.

Shelby Bevis

Shelby has been in the trade show industry for 11 years. She began in reception, operations and then as a Customer Service Manager. Shelby has been the Rentals Manager with LEVY for the last 3 years Shelby believes that a happy customer is a returning customer and that customer service is more than a department, it’s a brand! Shelby enjoys hanging out with her dog when not working.

Terry Rolfe

Terry has been a veteran of the trade show industry for 31 years. He has worked with and for numerous exhibit and show service companies such as Panex, Derrick Exhibit, Nimlok Canada, and Freeman Decorating, to name a few. His responsibilities with LEVY for the last 23 years have included the positions of Show Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, Account Executive and Production Manager. Terry believes in quality customer service and going the extra mile and that this will make the difference between a good supplier and a great one. In his down time Terry is very involved in Box and Field Lacrosse. He has been a volunteer, coach, Team Manager & Governor and Association President.

Terry Vinet

Terry is one of our Senior Account Managers and is an accomplished operational, sales, marketing and event management professional, with over 35 years of experience in the event industry. With his background working in facilities, hotels and with Professional Conference Organizer’s (PCO) and display companies; Terry’s experience gives him an overall understanding of the industry and what is needed from a client’s perspective. His customer service ethic combined with a track record of developing plans, strategies and solutions, have produced successful fulfillment of many client needs over the years. As a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and a former Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), he is well established in the local meeting industry and has many resources to draw from. Terry is a husband and father to three. He volunteers his time coaching volleyball and is happy biking, fishing and finding balance in his active life.

Vaughan Bevis

Vaughan’s career began in Australia where he is originally from. Having worked in the construction and plumbing industries he has been in the trade show industry for the past 5 years. In that time he started as a customer service representative transitioning to freight supervisor, custom booth and Octanorm supervisor, Account Manager and is now the Director of Client Development & Exhibitor Sales. With Vaughan’s leadership role he hopes to help LEVY continue its success and longevity in the industry. Vaughan believes that customer service is everything and you’re only as good as your last event. Vaughan also thinks this philosophy is echoed throughout the LEVY team and that sets us apart from our competitors.

April Cheng

April Cheng studied in International Trade and Transportation Logistics. She has been in the logistics industry for over 10 years and specializes in handling project cargo. April started working with Levy in 2016 as a Logistics Specialist and now leads the team as our Logistics Manager. April finds our industry extremely interesting and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of the fast paced environment. Her hobbies are cooking and traveling.
